About the Event
The City of Toronto has launched its 2026 Budget, focused on making life more affordable, keeping Toronto moving, improving public safety, and delivering strong community services. The Budget Committee officially began its review process on Thursday, January 8, and residents still have time to share their thoughts.
Why the City Budget Matters
The City budget shapes the services and investments that affect daily life, from transit and road maintenance to community programs, parks, libraries, and emergency services. Public input helps guide priorities and ensures decisions reflect the needs of neighbourhoods across Toronto, including Scarborough–Agincourt.
