Requests for congratulatory messages must be submitted a minimum of 3 weeks before the date of the celebratory/commemorative event.

All certificates will be written in English.
Criteria
Requests for congratulatory certificates from Councillor Mantas' office will only be accepted from Ward 22 residents, organizations, groups or businesses. Please see below on requesting scrolls from other levels of government.
Certificates will be issued for the following categories, commemorations and milestones:

Birthdays:

65th birthday and every 5 years thereafter
​
Anniversaries:
-
40th wedding anniversaries and every 10 years thereafter
-
10th anniversaries for private businesses and every 10 years thereafter
-
10th anniversaries for non-profit organizations and every 5 years thereafter​
Community Contributions:
-
Volunteer service
​
Retirement:
-
Military retirement – 15 years of service or higher
-
First Responders – 15 years of service or higher
-
City of Toronto employee – 25 years of service or higher​​​
